Eligibility for Refunds

    • Items can be returned for a refund within 7 days of the delivery date. If items have been damaged through transport by our courier. 
  2. Conditions:
    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers) or hygiene products that have been opened.
  • Customized or personalized items.

Refund Process

  1. Initiate a Return:
    • Contact our customer support team at sales@gotokarttt.com. Provide your order number and details of the item.
  2. Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect.
  3. Refund Approval:
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Timelines

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the return.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, a credit note or full refund will be issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement no additional cost.
